Hope of resurrection

“How can anyone say that our bodies,
which are nourished on the flesh and blood of Christ,
are brought to perdition?

Our bodies, tasting of the Eucharist,
are no longer corruptible,
but have the hope of resurrection.”

St. Irenaeus
